What we collect

Why we use it and on what basis

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business: Airtable (client records), Calendly (booking), Google (video meetings and email), Brevo (newsletter, only if you subscribe), Microsoft Clarity (audience measurement, only if you accept cookies) and our payment provider. They process data on our instructions. Some of them are based outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States; where data is transferred, we rely on the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. If your project requires introducing you to a partner, we ask you first.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete your assessment and session notes 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep engagement and payment records for six years, as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to transfer it. Write to management@arkcorporate.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). If you live in the European Union, you can contact your local data protection authority.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.

Si votre projet nécessite de vous présenter à un partenaire, nous vous demandons votre accord au préalable.

Durée de conservation

Si vous ne devenez pas client, nous supprimons votre évaluation et les notes de session 24 mois après notre dernier contact. Si vous devenez client, nous conservons les documents de mission et de paiement pendant six ans, conformément aux obligations comptables et fiscales.

Vos droits

Vous pouvez nous demander une copie de vos données, leur rectification, leur suppression, la limitation de leur utilisation, vous y opposer ou demander leur portabilité.
